Multiple kitchens and 4 bath/shower rooms throughout, conveniently located on both the ground and upper floor, our kitchens are well placed throughout our home to allow for multiple tenants to use the cooking facilities at the same time. Bathrooms are also found on every floor. White & grey modern kitchens & bathroom newly fitted.
Living room
This property has a very large open plan lounge area (one of the most spacious we know of in Cathays). Lots of internal space, access to the rear patio directly from the living room and plentiful space for accommodating guests/friends. The lounge area has multiple quality sofas.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are fully furnished including -all double beds, mattress, wardrobe, set of drawers, desk, and chair. The double glazed windows benefit from natural lighting, reducing the need to use electrical lighting and allowing for extra heat insulation (compared to single glazing).
